The Old Vicarage is a georgian house with walled garden in charming Mortehoe village. It is a short walk to the sea over National Trust land behind the house.

The house is divided into three, the main house and two cottages, Mailscot and Wykeham. All three houses can use the lawn at the front of the house for football, rounders etc. There is an additional children's play area at the back, and plenty of parking space in the drive. The main house sleeps 8-10 in the comfort and the cottages sleep 4 each. |

The nearest beach is the enchanting and uncrowded Rockham Bay. 10 minutes walk over the hillside. Woolacombe beach for swimming and surfing is 3 minutes by car, Croyde is 15 minutes |

Woolacombe is the centre of activity and has shops, bars and all normal facilities. |
