The Old Vicarage is a Georgian house and walled garden in charming Mortehoe village. National Trust land behind it is a short walk from the sea.

The house is divided into three,
the main house and two cottages, Mailscot and Wykeham. All three
houses can use the lawn at the front of the house for football,
rounders etc. There is an additional children's play area at the
back, and plenty of parking space in the drive.
The main house sleeps 8-10 in the comfort and the cottages sleep 4 each. |

The nearest beach
ins the enchanting and uncrowded Rockham Bay. 10 minutes walk over
the hillside. Woolacombe sands and surfing are 3 minutes by car,
Croyde 15 minutes. |

nearby beaches are good for shells, shrimps and mussels at low
tide.

Woolacombe
has shops and every facility including an indoor heated pool at
the Narracot Hotel.
