By road

Take the M5 to Junction 27 to Tiverton.
Head towards Barnstaple and in the direction of Ilfracombe on A361 Follow signs to Mortehoe.

In Mortehoe

As you descend into Mortehoe turn right at the Smuggler's Rest Pub along North Mortehoe Road. The Old Vicarage is 200yards down on the left opposite the now famous Fish "shop" and by the Life Guard Station.

By Train

The fastest connection is to Tiverton and then taxi from there (about an hour in the taxi). Otherwise take the train to Exeter and change for Barnstaple.

By Bus and Coach

National Express, together with the local bus network from Barnstaple, Croyde, Ilfracombe and Lynmouth, serve this area .

By Helicopter

You can land at the Watersmeet Hotel in Woolacombe (1 mile) or during winter months it may be possible to land at local campsites which are nearer the house.
There is also a helipad in Braunton.
